The Oncobiogram

New results of molecular biology and medicine provide ever-increasing insight into tumor processes. This fact opens up new possibilities for focused treatment with greatly reduced side effects.

In the Oncobiogram we determine features of breast cancer that are the focus of new therapies, as well as markers permitting precise determination of the degree of malignancy. This information supports treatment possibilities especially for patients where all established therapies have failed.
But also patients in the initial stages of therapy may make use of the Oncobiogram if they are interested in an exact classification of the tumor.
The Oncobiogram requires paraffin embedded tissue of the tumor. In some cases, the cost is reimbursed by health insurance plans. But generally the cost must be borne by the patient.
